I already have read the first two books in this series and they are excellent…. could be real life…. the issues here certainly are reality. They would make a good small group discussion for young adults before they marry and others after marriage. These books show the affects of betrayal and how forgiveness plays. For me, they also show that even though forgiveness has been given, the affects of the 'sin' live on and can continue through the future, even through the children.I haven’t read the last two books so will read them soon. I just didn't want to pass up the opportunity to have the entire collection. The little I've read in the third book of this series shows the continuing struggles of that original betrayal from book one. If you like seeing how characters deal with gut wrenching emotion and heartbreak, you'll love this series. But don't expect just emotional turmoil. The author, through these characters, shows how to overcome the pain and end up a survivor.
I only wish I had a 'real' boxed set.... in print. This series would have a place on my bookshelf.

I liked how the characters were given such excellent ministerial advice throughout the books. I liked how even though forgiveness is not easy it is the right solution. I liked how the pain of the characters were addressed throughout the books. Even though these characters are nonfiction I like how we can identify with them. I liked how GOD can bring good out of bad. I shed lots of tears when reading these books. I look forward to reading more of this authors works.
I just finished the first book in this series. The story line was realistic, intriguing, honest, heart-rending and, most important, honored God.
I recommend this well-written, believable story, which even brought tears to my eyes.
Bravo. If you enjoy contemporary Christian fiction spun with real life situations then you have found a winner! I read a lot. This is by far one of the most engaging writers ever. I recently discovered Paula Wiseman and can't read her work quickly enough. This uniqueis my 5th novel. The mullti characters are easy to follow and enjoyable. Tense moments were nail biters as I could imagine myself being there. All four novels in this series were so gripping. The writer takes you in directions never saw coming while ending in a spectacular manner. Just an awesome story that I can't wait to recommend to my ebook friends. Powerful story. Kick yourself if you don't read this!
